Axis Simulations uses immersive simulations to train and shape human behaviour by creating safe environments where mistakes drive learning.
Founder Matt Offord, a former Royal Navy submariner and mine clearance diving officer, draws on three decades of firsthand experience with the consequences of teamwork failure. Today, Axis prioritises learning by doing over theory, using maritime educational technology to develop high-performance teamwork.
